Free Exchanges and Returns!
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of every pair/outfit of products. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them please put a request for the same on our website.
How to exchange?
Go to the Exchange tab on our website and create your return and we shall guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the product.
You must process an exchange request for your product within 7 days from the date it was shipped to you.
and our logistics partners will pick up the same from you.
Please mention the size and style you want in exchange for your current pair/outfit in the customer note when raising your exchange request and in the parcel when you send it back to us.
Terms and conditions for exchange
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.
SHILPSUTRA reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.As a company policy, we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the item is sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to SHILPSUTRA. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
*Exchanges are not provided on international orders.
*Exchanges will not be processed for pairs/outfits not directly purchased from our website.
*Exchanges are not eligible for the worn, used, washed, altered, damaged and tag removed items.
